The pricing rule
We never sell below list, and your clients stay yours
A partner channel only grows if the partner is never undercut. So the prices on ethora.com are the floor: partners always buy below them and can sell at them. When a business in your region or industry comes to us and needs someone to set things up, we send them to you.
Every client you register is yours for at least 12 months, even if they later contact us directly. If a client outgrows what you want to run, for example a dedicated HIPAA server, we take the hosting and you keep your commission.

Worked example
Ten client websites with an AI assistant
An agency puts the Ethora AI assistant on ten of the sites it manages and bills each client $99 a month inside the retainer. The assistant answers from the client’s pages, collects leads and posts them to the agency’s CRM.
At ten live sites the reseller discount is 50%, so the agency pays $24.50 per site. The same ten sites on a white label platform fee leave a similar margin and carry the agency’s brand on the admin and domain; on a 50/50 revenue share the agency pays nothing up front and splits what it charges after hosting.

How it works
From application to the first live client in a week
The pilot is free. You pay only once a client goes live, and the first one usually takes an afternoon.

Get your sandbox
We set up a demo workspace with a branded assistant on a copy of a client site, with videos and a test admin login for your team.
Pilot with one client
Put the widget on a staging copy of the first client site, index their pages, adjust the colours and flows, and show it to them. No charge until it goes live.
Go live and register the client
Paste the script or activate the plugin on the live site. Registering the client makes you partner of record and starts your wholesale billing.
Scale to the rest of your clients
Clone the assistant for the next site. At five live sites your discount steps up; at ten it reaches 50%, or you move to a white label server.

Will you undercut me by selling direct?
No. Our list prices on ethora.com are the floor. Partners always buy below them and can sell at them. When a customer in your region or industry comes to us and needs hands-on help, we send them to you. Clients you register stay yours for at least 12 months even if they contact us directly.
Can the product carry my brand?
Yes. On every track the chat widget takes your client’s colours, name and avatar. On the white label platform the admin panel, the domain and the emails carry your brand instead of ours.
Where does the client’s data live?
Your choice. Our multi-tenant cloud, a dedicated server we run for you in the region you pick, or a server you or the client install from our Docker, AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace images. Regulated clients usually take the dedicated or self-hosted option, and Ethora is HIPAA and SOC 2 compatible when configured and hosted accordingly.
How do I install it for a client?
A script tag on any site, the official WordPress plugin, or a Shopify integration. Most installs take under ten minutes. The assistant indexes the client’s pages itself and re-indexes on a schedule.
Where do leads and conversations go?
Into the admin panel with a conversation list and CSV export, over the API or MCP, or by webhook into your CRM when a conversation ends, so a lead captured by the assistant lands in the same pipeline as your other leads.
Who supports the client?
On the reseller and white label tracks you handle the client and we handle you: a shared channel with our team, second-line support and the same SLA as our Business and Enterprise plans. On the referral track the client is on an Ethora plan and we support them directly.
Is there a minimum, or an exclusivity?
No minimum to start and no exclusivity by default. Territory or industry exclusivity is available against a volume commitment, for example ten live clients within six months.
